It all started with a dream, a dream to rock.  In 2005 a middle school teacher presented to the MHS PTSA the idea for students in the Monrovia Unified School District to express their talents, creativity and love for the art of music via a band competition. Behold the platform for those who love to make and perform LIVE music was formed.  As this event enters its 13th year, plans are on the drawing board to expand this scholarship fundraising event to include communities / school districts that were once part of Monrovia High School  - known as MAD (Monrovia, Arcadia, Duarte) High School.  So join us on Rocking the doors off the fabulous Louise K. Taylor Auditorium on the beautiful campus of Monrovia High School in 2017.
